Room in a shared flat

I'm renting out my second bedroom for 3-6 months on.
I'm a 30 year old girl working in technology consulting. I work 4 times a week on the client side and once a week from home. I spend my weekends in a Verein or with friends, something is always up in Zürich.
I'm looking for someone respectful and tidy, who appreciates a clean and spacious apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, drier).
The room has a desk, a chair, a bed, and a clothing cabinet.
The apartment is 12 minutes away from HB (constructions ongoing until 28th of October then the train goes until the end again). The train stops 5 minutes walk from the building, the bus is 8 minutes walk.
The view is directly to the Sihl and mountains.
Lidl, Migros and Spar close by, Migrolinos is in front of the building.
