• Located on the 2nd floor, with an elevator
• Two toilets: one bathroom with a shower and one separate toilet
• Shared laundry room in the building

FULLY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED
The apartment is ready to move into and includes:

• Living room: Dining table and chairs, sofa bed, TV and TV stand
• Kitchen: Fully equipped, including a dishwasher
• Bedroom: Bed and wardrobe
• Additional room/studio: Desk and wardrobe

EXCELLENT LOCATION
The apartment is just a 1-minute walk from Bessieres metro station and close to shops and everyday amenities, including Lidl, Aldi, Otto and Coop. Lausanne Cathedral is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
MONTHLY COSTS

• Rent, including expenses: CHF 1,650
• Wi-Fi and TV: CHF 40
• Furniture use: Small additional monthly fee

Total: CHF 1,690 per month, plus a small furniture fee.
A security deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent will also be required.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested applicants will be asked to provide:

• Last 3 payslips
• Copy of employment contract
• Proof of personal liability insurance
• An extract from the debt enforcement register showing no outstanding debt
• A short cover letter introducing yourself and explaining your situation
