Room in a shared flat

I am leaving my great shared flat in Lausanne, located at the top of rue de la Gare and a stone's throw from all amenities. I am looking for a subtenant to take over my partially furnished room (the bed stays) within an incredible apartment featuring two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a view of the lake from the balcony.

The shared flat:
You will share the apartment with three friends between 27 and 30 years old, PhD students at EPFL and a young professional, all very pleasant to live with.
They like to do sports (ActivFitness a stone's throw away), cook, and share a drink from time to time.

You:
We are ideally looking for someone in the same age group, a PhD student or already working. A clean and careful person is necessary, and if you like cooking, it is a plus because there is a rotation for meal preparation (to be discussed but very flexible).
