From December or by arrangement, we are looking for a new tenant for our old building apartment in the middle of the city.
The apartment has a lot of charm. You will find herringbone parquet flooring and stucco ceilings here. At the same time, the kitchen and bathroom have been freshly renovated.
Until now, we have used the apartment as a shared apartment (WG); of course, it can continue to be used as a WG, but it is just as suitable for a single person or a couple who appreciate the old building style.
