Room in a shared flat

A long-time companion of our 3-person shared flat is moving out, and we (woman 60 / man 40+ as well as two cats) are now looking for a replacement tenant for the room. Our basic attitude is "live and let live". With us, you will find peace, a cozy garden with a magnificent view, as well as a billiard table in the living room. What you will not find with us is TV. The cleaning of the kitchen, bath, and toilet every 2 weeks is also included in the price, as are all utility costs. The room features a bed frame (2.0cm wide), a wardrobe (3 doors), as well as two frames. Of course, you can also furnish the room yourself. Our house is not connected to public transport (1km to the bus station). You should therefore be mobile. The room is also excellently suited for weekly residents. Our cats do not get along with other cats; they could possibly get used to dogs, as they grew up with a dog. We are open and sociable, but also enjoy withdrawing sometimes, and are looking for someone who fits our lifestyle. If interested, we look forward to a few lines about yourself!
