Room in a shared flat

Your room:
A cozy, bright room with two large windows. It is approx. 11 m2 in size and has a ceiling height of almost 3m.
In addition to the monthly rent, there are service charges such as internet, electricity, heating, gas etc. (three-part split)

The apartment is on the 1st floor in the pretty old town of Baden, directly on the river. From the balcony, you can see directly onto the Limmat and the green forested slope that lies at the foot of the Lägern hill range. You can reach the train station on foot in just five minutes. From Baden, you are at Zürich HB in 15 minutes by train. All the larger shops can also be found right at the station.

We are Nizar (m, 31) and Lea (w, 36), both working in the professional world and one of us also studying on the side.
We value social exchange and are determined to be more than just a functional shared flat. We live openness, tolerance, appreciation, and good communication as well as we can and know. We like to cook, do sports, read books, find joy in nature, and all kinds of conversations.
Oh yes... in the household, we like it to be a little bit clean and do not like cleaning up or tidying up after other people – honestly, who likes that? ;)

In the living room, you will find a piano with elegant candle holders, many plants, and a stall bar. In the hallway, there are two pull-up bars. We have mounted one of them a bit lower. It would therefore be advantageous if you are not taller than 1.91m, otherwise it just hurts every now and then. ;) And, we like visitors.

Important: we are part of a cooperative and that is great (Wogeno Aargau). It is a requirement that you also become a member there. Additionally, we have a shared garden, a kitchen with a gas stove (olé!) and a dishwasher (also very great!). In addition, there is a cellar and attic compartment.
We live in the old town, therefore there are no parking spaces.

We are looking for: A person with an open attitude towards new ideas and social exchange. Appreciation, respectful interaction with each other and with shared resources, honest and transparent communication, willingness to keep the living space tidy and clean, reliability, and consideration are important to you.
