Room in a shared flat

Hi I am renting out my room in the center of Luzern. The room is approx. 12qm in size and the apartment approx. 95qm. All important locations can be reached on foot or by public transport in a very short time.
To the Universität Luzern it is approx. 10min by bus or bicycle. A parking space of Zone Z is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a very quiet and pleasant location.
From the room, you can look directly onto the lake and Pilatus.
limited until 31.03.2027, but can also be used longer after consultation with the administration.
Since I am moving out, your roommate would be James, who is doing his Master's at the HSG in St. Gallen.
If you like the room, feel free to write to me :)
