3 ½ rooms apartment

I am renting out my lovingly furnished and fully furnished 3.5-room apartment on the top floor in Kloten for a limited period of initially 1–2 months. The apartment is very bright, features two balconies (both covered), a bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. WiFi and TV are included in the rental price.

The laundry room is in the basement and can be used at any time. A washing machine as well as a tumble dryer are available.

The location is ideal: shopping facilities, the outdoor swimming pool directly next to the house, and a forest for walks and relaxation are within walking distance. Zurich Airport is quickly accessible.

Important: Since I am only traveling temporarily, the apartment remains largely furnished as I inhabit it myself. Personal items, pictures, and some of my clothing remain in the apartment. Of course, sufficient storage space is available for your own things. Therefore, I am looking for a respectful person who feels comfortable living in a well-maintained and personal home for a temporary period.

An extension of the rental period can be gladly discussed if there is mutual interest.
