Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new flatmate for our large shared apartment in Ostermundigen starting from 1 November 2026.

With you, we are a total of 12 people, distributed across two houses that are connected to each other by a large roof terrace. The houses are located directly on the 10er-line and are at Bern station in about 15 minutes. By bike, it is a pleasant 20 minutes.

The houses include a large garden – for growing vegetables, realizing little projects, sauna sessions, or simply for enjoying.

We are all between 25-30 years old, some are studying, others are working or doing both.
We are all on the go from time to time, but enjoy spending time at home just as much. If possible, we eat dinner together, watch a film, sit on the terrace and talk, organize joint "fun events" or "handledays". Spending time together is important to us, while at the same time the community should also offer space and time for retreat.

Our coexistence is based on mutual respect, mindfulness, and a loving togetherness. We share our food, support each other, and constantly try to create an appreciative, warm, and open atmosphere, to address topics, and to develop further as a community.
For food and household expenses, we use an app through which we divide the costs fairly among ourselves.

The vacant room is located on the first floor and is approximately 15m2 in size. Since no one else has their room on this floor, you almost have your own bathroom with a shower. The rent is CHF 715.– per month, including service charges.
