Room in a shared flat

Hello!
I am taking over a beautiful 4-room apartment in Gümligen starting from October 2026 and am looking for two roommates who are interested in a relaxed, uncomplicated shared flat.
Are you looking for an affordable room, have no problem picking up the vacuum cleaner once in a while, and are up for cooking together, a Fübi, or even a chat in between? Then we could be a good match. Of course, everyone is also allowed to have their peace and quiet.
Briefly about me: I am 35 years old, work as a car mechanic, and would describe myself as humorous, open, and uncomplicated. A respectful and relaxed interaction is important to me so that everyone feels comfortable in the WG.

About the apartment:

• Availability from October 2026
• Renovated at the beginning of 2025
• Ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the communal garden
• Two rooms with approx. 10 m2 each
• CHF 620.– per room and month, including all ancillary costs (electricity, internet, Serafe, and household contents insurance)
• The building is almost directly by the forest and the Melchenbühl tram stop can be reached in approx. 12 minutes on foot.
