We live:
in a spacious shared apartment, across 2 neighboring houses with a large garden and a courtyard.
The new house and the old press have been recently renovated with care and attention to detail: out of the 500m2 living space, 200 are private and 300 for shared use: kitchens, living rooms, library, office. It is located in the small village of Chigny, 2km from Morges but in the countryside (vineyards)
We have an exceptional view in all directions: the lake, the Alps, the Jura, the vineyards and the village center

We are:
all quite different in our training and interests, but we gladly share evening meals, participating and cooking in turns according to our availability. We appreciate contact and exchanges, we perform small services, but maintain our independence.
Currently we are 5 adults between 35 and 70 years old and 2 adolescents part-time.

The numerous common spaces allow for exchanges or the possibility to withdraw in peace.
Respect for others, trust and benevolence are necessary for a pleasant life together.

We offer:
A private bedroom of 40m2 on the ground floor of the old press (private bathroom included)
The enjoyment of the 300m2 of shared and equipped spaces
The utilities (hot water, heating, water, sewage, electricity, Serafe, internet) are included in the rent of 1'950.-

We are looking for:
a person looking for more than just a room to rent, who appreciates the spaces available and exchanges with the other roommates, and wants to share a small part of their life with us.

PS: We have another bedroom available, on the ground floor of the press of 20m2, for 1200.-/ month.
