This apartment can be used both as a holiday home and as a primary residence, and is located in Ascona in the Via Vorame with a total of 6 owners.

It features a sound building structure and a practical floor plan.

On approx. 65 m², there are two bedrooms, a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a covered sun balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and WC available.

Here you can create your own holiday paradise in Ticino to get away from everyday life or to begin a new chapter of life at the beautiful Lago Maggiore.

From the apartment, you can reach the lake/the center easily on foot or by bike. Here, a variety of shops, service providers, supermarkets, banks, and of course the magnificent lakeside promenade with the boat landing stage, the diverse restaurants, and the pretty retail shops in the Borgo await you. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage as well as a lockable cellar room. The bus stop is within walking distance.

A visit to the various valleys and also to the many weekly markets in Ticino is always a pleasure. The markets in neighboring Italy are also popular, such as in Cannobio (Sunday), Intra (Saturday), or Luino (Wednesday).
