The room
You can expect a spacious, bright room with dimensions of approx. 3.5 x 5.5 m. Thanks to the 19.25 m², you have plenty of space for a large bed, a desk, and a cozy sofa corner. Lots of daylight comes through the large window, which makes the room super inviting.
The special feature: Before you move in, we will install final walls and build in a practical wardrobe.

The apartment & our shared flat life
Our apartment offers everything you need to feel comfortable: a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy living room for relaxing. The absolute highlight: The apartment is part of a beautiful, 500-year-old building with a very special charm, surrounded by a large garden. If you have a green thumb or simply enjoy being in the fresh air, you are welcome to participate; helping hands and creative ideas for the greenery around here are always warmly welcome!
I value harmonious coexistence, where you enjoy chatting in the kitchen, cooking together, or enjoying a glass of wine/beer. However, it is just as important that everyone has their privacy and that the bedroom door can simply be closed.

The surroundings in the house
The house is a three-family house and things here are very relaxed and trusting: The other apartments are occupied by my grandmother and my brother. You often run into each other in the large garden, have a short chat, or help each other out.

About me / Your future roommate

• Tanya (27): I have just completed my studies in Multilingual Communication. When I am not traveling and discovering the world, I work in my family's TWIKE operation. I am an open, uncomplicated person and look forward to a great togetherness!

About you
I am looking for an open, uncomplicated, and tidy person (m/f/d) who is interested in this special living project and a family-like shared flat life. If you also have a green thumb and occasionally have time for a cup of coffee with my grandmother, you will fit in perfectly here.

Hard Facts:

• Room area: approx. 20 m²
• Rent: 850 CHF per month (incl. utilities & WLAN). If you are willing to help out in the house and garden, we can negotiate a bit.
• Available from: from 1 November / by arrangement
• Location: In the village center of Gelterkinden. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away and offers direct connections to Basel and Zürich. Shopping facilities (Coop/Migros/etc) can be reached in 5 minutes.
