I am vacating my room in a shared flat starting from 16 octobre.

The room and the apartment
The room is approximately 20 m² and is located in a magnificent recent apartment of 156 m², comprising:

• 4 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• A large fully equipped kitchen
• A vast open living room of 40 to 50 m²

The apartment is spacious, bright and very pleasant to live in.

Ideal location
Located in the Augustins district, the apartment benefits from a privileged location:

• Tram 12,15,17 and 18
• Bus 91
• Shops, restaurants and services nearby
• HUG
• Only 7 minutes on foot from Uni Mail

The neighborhood is at once lively, practical and calm.

A peaceful living environment
The apartment is on the top floor and has no direct neighbors on the sides, which gives it a particularly appreciable calm despite its central location.

The shared flat
The shared flat currently has 4 people in total (including me). By taking over the room, you will take my place and the shared flat will therefore remain composed of 4 roommates.
You will live with 2 boys and 1 girl, aged approximately 25 to 32 years.
The atmosphere is friendly and respectful. Everyone has their own rhythm, their activities and their independence, which allows for enjoying the common areas without feeling cramped, especially since the apartment offers beautiful volumes.

Profile sought
We are ideally looking for a person:

• Respectful and open-minded
• Attentive to the cleanliness of common areas
• Appreciating shared living while respecting everyone's privacy

The roommates will ideally prefer a non-smoker.
Desired age: maximum 35-36 years.

Additional information

• The agency also accepts people supported by the Hospice général, subject to having a guarantor.
• Having some furniture is a plus.
• It would be appreciated if the person takes over my wardrobe currently installed in the room.
