Room in a shared flat

Bright room for rent in a single-family house, near Winterthur (4km, 15 minutes by public transport). The room is 40m2, furnished. The house is located in the idyllic, quiet village center of Hettlingen, directly by the stream and with a large garden. A private bathroom with shower is available; the kitchen and common rooms can be shared. A clean, but not sterile household is important to me. There is a duty roster; the tasks are divided among the roommates.
I, Rahel, 58; homeowner, look forward to open, communicative roommates. I imagine a relaxed shared apartment life where one also eats together every now and then, discusses, or does something spontaneously if it fits. I like living in a lively house; I am enterprising, creative, and environmentally conscious.
