I am renting my quiet, sunny and bright apartment on the 3rd floor in Kilchberg Bendlikon (near Lindt & Sprüngli) for a limited period of 2 years to a single person.

Move-in date: From January 2027. (exact moving date after consultation)

Rental price: CHF 1'880.– (partially furnished / furnished after consultation)
Other furniture can be purchased if possible / upon request.

• Only 5 minutes on foot to the lake and to the train station
• Quietly located, ideal location
• Direct access to the Bendlikon lakeside promenade – perfect for recharging energy & peace
• From the balcony, you enjoy a beautiful lake and mountain view

The apartment:

• Approx. 65 m²
• Two rooms (the second room is larger and can gladly be viewed)
• Partially furnished (after consultation)
• Washing machine for communal use in the basement (6 parties in the house)
• Sunny and bright, lots of peace and well-being, nice neighbors

Important:

• No pets allowed
• Non-smoking apartment
