Room in a shared flat

We are looking for 1 flatmate for our 5-person shared apartment.
The shared apartment was founded in 2019 by a group of friends. Since then, some people have moved out and new ones have moved in. The house from the 70s has a lot of charm with a large garden, fire pit, parking space, parquet floors, basement with laundry room, workshop, storage cellar and garage, which we have converted into a home cinema and bar.

Adèle (23), Jakob (24), David (31) and Cyrill (27), are looking for a new flatmate who wants to continue bringing this house to life. We place great importance on a communal shared living life, where all ideas have their place and everyone contributes something. We often eat together and share most things. The house with its surroundings means a lot of freedom but also a certain amount of effort.

We also share some common interests such as cycling, concerts and festivals, excursions, garden, barbecuing in the garden, evenings in the bar, etc., but also have different hobbies such as fishing, baking, making music...
David works as a socio-professional educator, Cyrill is a student (Data Science) and part-time research assistant, Adèle is doing an apprenticeship as a perennial nursery gardener and Jakob works at a bicycle manufacturer.
