Room in a shared flat

Two furnished rooms in Laax – ideal for a seasonal stay
In Laax, two furnished rooms on the ground floor are available for rent.
Each room has its own washbasin with a water connection. The bathroom is shared by the tenants of both rooms. It is located separately outside of the rooms and is not directly connected to them. There is no possibility to rent a parking space directly at the property. It would certainly make sense if two people who already know each other were to rent a room together. There is also the possibility of renting a room alone.
The minimum rental period is five months.
If interested, I look forward to receiving a short message with the desired rental start date and the planned rental duration.
