Room in a shared flat

We are looking for two new roommates for our 5-person shared flat.
There are two rooms (16m² and 18m²) that can both be occupied as of 01.11. The price is 825 CHF per room each.

We live in Gundeli directly at Margarethenpark in a great maisonette apartment over 2 floors. There are several balconies and a large roof terrace, where a sauna tent and fire bowl often stand in winter, and which invites you to relaxed outdoor dining in summer. Further delicacies are the craft room, a large board game collection, the kitchen-living room pass-through, and a richly decorated toilet bowl on which one can throne like a king/queen (but there is also a second boring WC :D).

We are graduated people between the ages of 26-31:
Collin - music-enthusiastic acoustic engineer who likes to cook and, besides some guitars, also has a penchant for PnP and Larp.
Gian - outdoor-enthusiastic electrical engineer who is very handy and likes to accompany cooking with his guitar.
Noemie - board game-enthusiastic scientist who conjures up cakes and fermented foods and is very active in sports.

Cooking together or for each other is a major part of the WG and therefore we split all food expenses equally, so that everyone can help themselves in the refrigerator and the pantry, which is always well-stocked through Koro bulk orders, and nothing stands in the way of communal cooking.

Order is maintained through our chore plan. Additionally, we hold a WG meeting about once a month to discuss things that might get lost in everyday life and to achieve through open communication that everyone feels comfortable.
