I'm renting out a modern, bright and cozy room with a private balcony and bathroom in a peaceful 3 1/2room apartment near Zwicky in Wallisellen (Zurich), available from 1st January 2027.
The flat is about 90m2, located on the top floor (no neighbors above - yay!) and offers everything you need to feel at home:

• Two balconies, one directly attached to your room

• 12 min walk to Stettbach train station / or 6 minute by bike
• 15 min walk to Wallisellen train station / or 8 minutes by bike
• 2 min walk to tram stop Wallisellen Neugut
• 20 min to the airport by tram

About me:
I'm 29, originally from Germany, and working in HR. I've lived in different shared flats across several countries, speak multiple languages and love to travel. Plants make me happy, I enjoy meaningful conversations, and I truly value a calm, respectful and open atmosphere at home. I've lived here with my housemate who is going to travel for an unforeseeable time, so now I'm looking for someone new to share this lovely space with.
I'm into relaxed evenings, good vibes, and sometimes enjoying a little herbal moment to wind down. I evenly enjoy an occasional night out with friends.

Who I'm looking for:

• Responsible, clean and emotionally mature
• Open-minded, self-aware and compassionate
• Plant lover? Big bonus!
