Room in a shared flat

From mid-November, a room in our shared flat will become available, so we are looking for a friendly successor.

About the apartment
The 5.5 room apartment is located in a residential area (Webermühle) in Neuenhof AG directly on the Limmat. The apartment has 2 balconies, a guest toilet, a bathroom, a living room, a "chill corner," and a kitchen. Additionally, there is a free-of-charge laundry and drying room that can be used.

The room

• Area: 12.1 m2
• Bed (incl. slatted frame and mattress), wardrobe, and desk can be purchased
• Rent: 635.-/month.

Your roommates

• Yuna (she/her), 26: Completed her Master's in Film Studies and Gender Studies at UZH at the beginning of the year. Alongside her current work in the cinema and film festival industry, the open-minded Liechtensteiner is continuing towards an academic career.
• Kilian (they/them), 23: Currently studying Political Science and Modern Asia and Middle Eastern Studies in a Master's program. In addition to this, they are politically engaged, goes (a lot) skiing in winter, and in summer they try their hand at hiking or windsurfing.
• Noëlle (she/her), 26: Works as an online shop manager. She is a passionate vegan and metalhead and loves surfing, traveling, burlesque, cooking, concerts, cosplays, skiing, gym, films, and everything related to Japan, spirituality, and horror.

Shopping and connections
Shopping centers can be reached within 10 minutes by bus. Additionally, there is a shop of its own in the residential area. The apartment is approximately 5-10min from Wettingen station. From there, numerous connections exist towards Zürich (~25min to HB Zürich), Hönggerberg (~30min to Höngg), or Brugg (~13min).

What we are looking for
We are looking for a young person who wants to move in long-term. We are a queer WG, therefore FLINTA* persons (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, transgender*, agender persons) are preferred. The WG is well suited for students at the Uni and ETH Zürich, but this is not a requirement. Furthermore, we are looking for a social person who also enjoys having a beer with us in the evening or participating in shared activities.
