Room in a shared flat

Hoi du! 👋
Since our dear roommate Noemi is packing her moving boxes and leaving us 📦😢, a cozy room in a centrally located and extremely spacious 5.5-room old building apartment will become available in our flat as of December (or by arrangement)!
We, that are Fabi (28), Sofie (25) and our super sweet part-time dog guest Mali 🐶🐾, are looking for a new partner in crime who will enrich our WG life! 🎉
🏡 What awaits you in your new apartment
Your realm: 🛏️ Bright, cozy and, depending on agreement, un- or partially furnished and with a large built-in wardrobe :)
The apartment: 🔑 A real dream home with 5.5 rooms! This includes a large, cozy living room, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, a practical cellar compartment, an additional living room (which currently serves as a packing station) and two balconies ☀️ balcony vibes included!
The neighborhood: 🍷 Right next door lives a super lovely male WG. We get along brilliantly and meet regularly for an uncomplicated glass of wine or an after-work beer 🍻
🦄 Who fits perfectly with us:
You are ideally female (or at least into men ✨😉), in a suitable age range and an uncomplicated, sociable personality 🍾😇.
In the best case, you eat vegetarian 🥕🥗 (not a must).
You love dogs and get along well with our little four-legged friend Mali. 🐕💚
You appreciate an active WG life in which one occasionally toasts together, chats and laughs, but everyone can also very relaxed enjoy their privacy. 🧘♀️
📋 The hard facts & financials:
Rent: The total rent for the apartment is 2'639 CHF per month (will of course be divided fairly). ⚖️
Additional costs: Approx. 7 CHF/month for Mr. Green ♻️ + proportional household/legal protection (approx. 200 CHF/year) 🛡️ + electricity (approx. 30 CHF every 3 months) ⚡.
Deposit: 2'600 CHF. 💰
