I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a modern 3-person flat in Guggachpark.

Rent: CHF 1,275/month
Available: September 1 (or a little earlier if needed)

The room

• Private bathroom
• Direct access to one of the apartment’s two balconies
• Available partially furnished or unfurnished

The apartment
The apartment is around 110 m^2 and has:

• Large, furnished, open-plan living room and kitchen where we often cook or hang out
• Two balconies
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Modern finishes throughout

The flat is shared with two other roommates. They’re also moving out, so it’s a great opportunity to help shape the next version of the WG.

Location
The location is one of my favorite parts of living here. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood right next to Käferberg Forest, which is perfect for running, walking, or just getting outside.
It’s also really well connected:

• 2-minute walk to Brunnenhof (Tram 50 & Bus 32), 12 minutes to HB
• 5-minute walk to Bucheggplatz, with connections all over Zürich
• Close to ETH Hönggerberg

You get a quiet neighborhood without feeling far from the city.
