Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new member for our shared flat in Luzern!
We are a 4-person WG, all between 26 and 28 years old, and are looking for someone who wants to move in with us long-term and, above all, fits in well with us personally.
Our WG is quite large and has many beautiful communal rooms – a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms and additionally a guest room. Our highlight is definitely the large roof terrace with a great view, where we like to sit together, eat or simply enjoy the sun in summer. ☀️
Briefly about us: Selina works full-time, Marco is studying architecture and is currently spending an exchange semester in Japan. Meanwhile, Siri lives with us, who has come to Luzern for her exchange semester. Maria is doing her Master in Design here. Since Violet is now moving out, we are looking for someone new who fits well into our group.
We all have our own daily routines and mostly have quite a lot on our plates. Therefore, we also enjoy our peace and are not a WG where something constantly has to happen together. At the same time, it is important to us not to just live alongside each other. We enjoy meeting in the kitchen, eating together spontaneously, sitting on the terrace or also doing something together sometimes.
We all like being outdoors and in nature, for example, we like to go hiking – and at the latest in winter, Selina and Siri are back on skis.
We are looking for someone who is open, uncomplicated and independent, but at the same time has a desire for a nice and relaxed WG life together. And above all, someone who can imagine staying with us long-term and seeing the WG also a bit as a home. 🌿
