3 ½ rooms apartment

Unfortunately, the time has come for us to leave our lovely apartment in Volketswil as we are relocating to another part of Switzerland.
We have really enjoyed living here and are therefore hoping to find someone who will enjoy the apartment as much as we have.
The apartment is a comfortable and welcoming home with a spacious living and dining area, bedroom, kitchen and terrace. It has been our home rather than simply a rental, and we have furnished it accordingly to make the space practical, comfortable and ready to enjoy.
Move-in date
The apartment is available from 1 October 2026, or by agreement.
Furniture package – CHF 3,500
Since we are relocating, we would also like to leave the apartment largely furnished for the next tenant.
For CHF 3,500, the furniture package includes:

• Convertible sofa bed
• Living room table
• TV and complete 3-piece TV unit with wall mount
• Dining table and 6 chairs
• Terrace table and 2 chairs
• 2 large wardrobes
• 2 bedside tables
• Dresser
• Kitchen table and 2 chairs
• Kitchen wall unit
• Decorative column
• Entrance furniture
• Kitchen auxiliary table
• Small kitchen furniture
• Living room lamp
• Wall mirrors in the entrance
• Wall mirror in the bedroom
• Wall mirror in the bathroom

This makes it particularly convenient for someone who would like to move in without having to furnish an entire apartment from scratch.
The furniture purchase will be arranged separately between us and the interested party and is not part of the tenancy agreement.
Parking – CHF 130/month
A parking space is also available very close to the apartment for an additional CHF 130 per month, making it particularly convenient for anyone with a car.
Viewings
We would be happy to show you the apartment. Viewings can be arranged in advance, and we can also be flexible during weekdays with sufficient notice.
Rental application
The application process and final approval of the new tenant are handled directly by the landlord/property management.
