Room in a shared flat

Möbliertes Zimmer für Wochenaufenthalter:in – ab 1. Oktober

Ich suche per 1. Oktober oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n sympathische:n und zuverlässige:n Untermieter:in (Wochenaufenthalter:in) für ein möbliertes Zimmer in meiner 75 m² grossen Wohnung.

Ich bin 38 Jahre alt und die Wohnung wird gemeinsam genutzt. Mir ist ein unkompliziertes, respektvolles und angenehmes Zusammenleben wichtig – mit genügend Raum für Privatsphäre.

CHF 1’200.– pro Monat, alles inklusive
Inklusive Nebenkosten wie Strom, Serafe und Möblierung.

Furnished Room for Sublet – Available from 1 October

I am looking for a friendly and reliable subtenant (weekly commuter) for a furnished room in my 75 m² apartment, available from 1 October or by arrangement.

I am 38 years old, and the apartment will be shared. I value a relaxed, respectful and pleasant living environment, while also giving each other enough space and privacy.

CHF 1,200 per month – all inclusive
Including utilities such as electricity, Serafe and furniture.
