Room in a shared flat

Hello,
I am offering my charming room starting from 22 November in an old building with parquet flooring and a balcony. The apartment is located close to the hospital and all commodities (Lidl is just 7 mins walking distance e.g.) as well as public transport. Utilities are already included in the rent. The flatmate who already lives there is 25 years old and the atmosphere of the flatshare is chill, convivial.

I am looking for a replacement starting from 22 November or 2 December. Only girls desired between 20-33 years old (either Swiss or already with a valid work permit)
