1 room single room

From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, a 12 m² unfurnished room with a built-in wardrobe and a beautiful view will become available in my charming old building apartment on the first floor. The rent is CHF 900. per month including service charges. Internal, radio/TV as well as electricity and shared household costs will be billed separately at half.

I live in a rural setting in Küssnacht am Rigi, in a quiet, green location surrounded by meadows and forest, with a beautiful view and yet perfectly connected. By bicycle, it is only 10 minutes to the train station and the center, and the highway is reachable within a few minutes of driving.

The apartment includes:

a small balcony and a pergola

a washing machine in the bathroom

a cellar compartment

a small pantry

a small storage room in the apartment

If required, a parking space can be rented for CHF 50. Pets are not allowed and smoking is only possible in the outdoor area.

About me:

I am 44 years old, female, and work in a foundation for people with disabilities in the field of work. On weekends, I am often out hiking in the mountains; during holidays, I am drawn to the sea. I regularly go swimming and do martial arts. I value my "me-time" very much, but just as much a good conversation about God, the world, and everything in between. An orderly home is important to me and I design my life as sustainably and minimally as possible.

Who I am looking for:

An independent and uncomplicated person who is open and positive, enjoys country life, and helps out equally in the household, not because they have to, but because it is a matter of course. Someone who appreciates an orderly, harmonious, and respectful home at eye level. A person with whom one can exchange thoughts about everyday life, but who also understands that sometimes everyone has their own pace.
