Our rooms are available from a rental period of one month. This allows for maximum flexibility - combined with a fair price-performance ratio and uncomplicated, efficient processing.
Currently, we are renting out modernly furnished studios. They feature a double bed, a wardrobe, as well as a table with a chair - ideal for working or relaxing. A private bathroom with a shower and WC ensures additional comfort.

The cleaning service (1x per month) is included in the rental price - move in, relax and feel at home from day one, without any effort.
