Room in a shared flat

We have a cozy 6m2 room available immediately in our 5-person shared flat. The room is small but fine (approx. 6m2 in size) and has its own bathroom with shower and WC. The room is on the ground floor next to the entrance and is always nicely cool in the summer. On the first floor are the open kitchen, the living room with two sofas, TV and many plants, a winter garden and a terrace incl. grill - all for your shared use. We have our own washing machine, which we simply share among the 5 of us. Things that do not fit in the room can be placed in the cellar or stored in the attic. (The room is currently furnished slightly differently than in the pictures, but you will see that when viewing :)) The room is located in a 4-story terraced house with a winter garden and terrace. The 2nd floor is our communal space with a large kitchen, winter garden, living room and terrace. On the other floors are further rooms and on the ground floor is the laundry room and the cellar.
Currently, Julian (32), Zoe (26) and Siro (26, traveling) live in the house. From December, Gabriel (36) will also move in. Additionally, the three cats Tigrica, Chai and Leya also live here.
We are looking for a pet-friendly person of about our age. Whether student, employed or anything else does not matter to us, as long as you fit in well with us personally. We are not a shared flat for convenience only and also like to do things together sometimes, but of course respect if you want time for yourself. A healthy degree of cleanliness and order is a matter of course for us and we appreciate it if you contribute to this independently.
Jegenstorf is only 24 train minutes from Bern station and has good shopping facilities (Coop, Voi, Käserei, etc.).
