Room in a shared flat

From 1 January or earlier by arrangement, a sunny shared apartment room in a bright 4.5-room house will become available, with a large garden, cozy seating area, and balcony.
The room (12 m² for 800.-) is located on the ground floor and is rented unfurnished. A bed and a chest of drawers can be provided if required.
Together we have access to a bright and open living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a cellar and a laundry room with a washing machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and WC as well as a separate WC. A special plus is the large studio with direct access to the garden, which can also be used as an office. The common rooms are already furnished.
The location is great: In 5 minutes you are on foot at the lake, in 4 minutes at Uetikon station, and in 20 minutes by train at HB Zürich.
Briefly about us: We are Gina (33), works in the media sector in Chur and is not at home from Monday to Wednesday, Marie (34), works as a florist and takes the train at 5 am, and Ceiba, a small dachshund (3), who warms hearts with her dachshund eyes. We are open, warm, and enjoy being around people, but enjoy quiet evenings at home just as much. We look forward to cooking and eating together, conversations, or an apéro together ;)
We are looking for a female or male flatmate (between 25 and 50 years old) who is interested in a relaxed and friendly shared living life. Someone who simply lives here to sleep unfortunately does not suit us. It would be nice if we occasionally did something together. At the same time, however, we also allow the necessary freedom. Respectful interaction, good communication, humor, as well as cleanliness and order are important to us so that everyone feels comfortable.
We have a fixed-term contract for the house until the end of August 2027. However, this is expected to be extended.
