In unserer 4er WG wird ab 2.02.207 ein Zimmer frei und wir freuen uns riesig, bald jemand Neues bei uns willkommen zu heissen ;) Wir sind drei Studentinnen (alle an der HSG) und suchen eine entspannte, offene Person, die Lust auf ein freundliches Zusammenleben hat.

• schönes helles Zimmer im Altbaustil mit einem Holzboden
• Fenster in den Innenhof

Zur Wohnung:

• 5.5 Zimmer Wohnung im 4. Obergeschoss
• Komplett ausgestattete Küche, Abstellkammer und Badezimmer (separate Dusche und WC)
• Grosses und helles Wohnzimmer mit Balkon
• Eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner in der WG
• Grosse Dachterrasse zur Mitbenutzung
• Alle Nebenkosten inkl. (WLAN, Strom, Wasser)

Lage:

• Rosenbergstrasse, zentral in der Stadt St. Gallen gelegen
• 1 Minute zu Fuss zum Bahnhof und zur FH Ost
• Zur HSG: 12 Min mit dem Bus oder 7 Minuten zu Fuss
• Migros, Coop, Aldi und co. direkt um die Ecke beim Bahnhof

and are looking for easy-going, open-minded people who enjoy a friendly and relaxed shared living environment.

• 5.5-room apartment on the 4th floor
• Fully equipped kitchen, storage room, and bathroom (separate shower and toilet)
• Large and bright living room with balcony
• Private washing machine and dryer in the apartment
• Large shared rooftop terrace
• All utilities included (Wi-Fi, electricity, water)

Location:

• Rosenbergstrasse, centrally located in the city of St. Gallen
• 1 minute walk to the main train station and FH Ost
• HSG: 12 minutes by bus or 7 minutes on foot
• Migros, Coop, Aldi, etc. just around the corner
