Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a quiet corner room (approx. 14–15 m²) in my spacious 5.5-room apartment (156 m²) in Ruswil. The room is available optionally furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen, living room, large balcony, as well as the bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, are available for shared use.

Equipment includes a washing machine/tumbler, fast WLAN, TV with Apple TV, a high-quality audio system, as well as a fully equipped home office workspace with USB-C. Storage space in the cellar or in the garage is also available.

CHF 1'150/month all-inclusive
incl. utilities, electricity, internet/WLAN, Serafe and other household costs.

Outdoor parking space + CHF 50, garage + CHF 130 optional.

I am preferably looking for an employed, uncomplicated and tidy person for pleasant, long-term cohabitation. I myself am at home about 3 days or 4 evenings per week, sometimes together with my nearly three-year-old son.
