The kitchen is equipped with hobs, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and other extras, so that you can prepare your own meals. A private bathroom is also available. Included in the price are WLAN internet, satellite television with international channels, and the use of the laundry room in the shared laundry room. For stays of 45 days or longer, a monthly intermediate cleaning as well as bed linen, towels, and bath towels are also included. Buckhauserstrasse offers an ideal living environment with excellent connections to public transport. The nearest tram stop is only 170 m away and offers a connection to Zürich Hauptbahnhof in approx. 20 minutes. The Zürich Altstetten station is also reachable in about 10 minutes on foot. Various shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars are located in the immediate vicinity, including the Letzipark shopping center, which is 650 m away and houses shops such as Coop, Manor, and Denner as well as several restaurants. Please note that windows cannot be opened in the "Tiger" Studio. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage deposit of CHF 2.000,00 is required, which will be refunded after check-out if the apartment is returned in proper condition. Additionally, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 applies. These payments must be made directly to the provider after completion of the booking. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest, and include a baby cot for CHF 15,00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10,00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75,00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and levies are tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4,90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city); in Basel CHF 4,20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city, a maximum of 30 nights will be charged); and in Zug CHF 1,00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2.000,00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property. Additionally, for stays of 28 nights or more, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 is mandatory; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
