In my beautiful 4.5-room apartment building on the ground floor in Zollikofen, I am offering a spacious bedroom for rent for a weekly stay—ideal for someone who works or teaches/studies during the week and is looking for a quiet, pleasant place to live.

Very good connection to Bern approx. 10 minutes.
Coop and Denner are only approx. 100 m away, additionally there are Aldi and other shopping possibilities nearby.

👨 About me
I am 44 years old, work in field service, am athletic (gym & jogging) and enjoy cooking. My two teenagers are with me 50% of the time.

This offer is also something new for me and is initially intended to be temporary. A quiet, respectful and uncomplicated coexistence is important to me.

If you feel like having something to eat together occasionally, having a 🍷 or just chatting a little, I would of course be happy about that. 😊

My boys are with me on Mondays and Tuesdays; perhaps a shared dinner for three or four will also happen sometimes.

Just as important to me, however, is that everyone has their own space and can withdraw in peace. An uncomplicated, respectful and relaxed coexistence is important to me.

🧹 The cleaning of the apartment and, upon request, also the room, can be taken over by a cleaning service. We can discuss the details together.
