Flatmate wanted: WG room in Bern

From 1 November 2026, a WG room at Wabernstrasse 60, 3007 Bern, will become available. The 3-room apartment is located relatively centrally in a quiet part of the Mattenhof-Weissbühl quarter. Die Welle 7 (station), shopping facilities (Coop, Aldi, bakery, local shop) and the Aare are all easily accessible on foot.

The old building apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with balcony, a kitchen with a small balcony and a bathroom. My personal highlight is the large balcony with a view of the greenery behind the house. The well-equipped kitchen with a bar table is great for cooking together or for a cozy breakfast. The available room is approx. 16m² in size, has three built-in wardrobes and a large window front with morning sun.

Regarding WG life: I like it when people don't just live alongside each other, but also enjoy cooking together sometimes, spending an evening in front of the TV, or chatting over a beer or coffee. At the same time, I find it important that both people have their own daily routine and retreat space.

I am 33 years old and work as a historian/exhibition maker, currently working a lot from home. Twice a week I am at handball training. In living together, openness, good communication and considerate behavior are important to me. Cleanliness and order are also important to me, although one can let the five [fingers] be sometimes :)
