7 rooms apartment

Immediately, we are renting a 7-room apartment on the 1st floor in our house in the middle of nature in Beinwil (SO).

The house includes a large garden with a sauna, swimming pond, and plenty of space to be. Additionally, two horses, a dog, two cats, and chickens live here.

We are: Thomas (landlord), Janna and Ursle (2nd floor).

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for 3-6 people, preferably families with children, who already have experience with communal living and know that good coexistence thrives on openness, personal responsibility, and mutual respect.

If you...
love nature and enjoy being outdoors,
have a desire for conscious togetherness,
like animals (riding along is possible),
enjoy the garden, fire, sauna, and swimming pond,
are willing to help out in the stable and with the firewood (CO2 neutral heating),
have humor but perhaps also like to have a deep conversation,
value community and at the same time respect everyone's personal space,
