Bright & spacious 3.5-room new build apartment (2024) with loggia – Central Süd

We are looking for a successor tenant for our beautiful, modern 3.5-room apartment on the 5th floor of Central Süd in Emmenbrücke.

The apartment was newly constructed in 2024 and impresses with a spacious, bright layout, modern architecture, and a high-quality standard of fittings. With 78.6 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room and a very pleasant living feeling. A special highlight is the covered loggia of around 10 m², which connects directly to the living area.

The modern kitchen features a high-quality granite countertop, super-matte and fingerprint-resistant fronts, as well as modern Electrolux appliances. The bathroom is fully equipped with tiles and offers a large shower with a glass wall as well as a spacious mirror spanning the entire width of the room.

Also included with the apartment are a practical utility room (Réduit) with connections for a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a private cellar compartment. The rooms can partially be separated from one another by sliding doors. The large window surfaces ensure plenty of daylight and, together with the open layout, create a modern and special living ambiance.

The location is also excellent: bus stops, the train station, shopping facilities, restaurants, fitness centers, and other amenities are in the immediate vicinity. According to project details, the train station can be reached in about five minutes on foot, and the Emmen-Süd and Emmen-Nord motorway connections are also only a few kilometers away. Additionally, there is a Migrolino located directly in the building.

Additionally: If interested, the furniture visible in the pictures can generally be taken over or purchased in whole or in part. The price and individual pieces of furniture can be agreed upon easily by arrangement.

The furnishings were carefully coordinated with the apartment. In particular, the dining table with the chairs, the wall design, the carpet, the lamp, and the coat stand fit very well with the style and room layout of the apartment.

Since this furniture will likely not be as well-displayed in our new apartment, we would be pleased if individual pieces or even the entire furnishing were taken over if there is interest. We are happy to agree on a fair and attractive price together so that it suits both sides.

Two outdoor parking spaces are available for the apartment at CHF 100.– per month each. Following consultation with the landlord, it is likely also possible to take over only one or no parking space.
