Room in a shared flat

We are a shared apartment in Schüpfen and enjoy living with each other rather than next to each other. We are looking for a considerate person who likes to contribute to the household and the garden. From time to time, a fire is lit in our garden or we cook and enjoy being together. We also gladly respect the need to withdraw. The room offers many possibilities to make music and be creative. Our apartment and location have their pros and cons. We have a large garden and, as a shared apartment, a considerable amount of freedom. However, the house is ours, but the highway and the train line can be heard from the outside. In return, there is a stream nearby, which offers a good opportunity for cooling down. On foot, the forest is not far away, if you like walks. For the train station, we recommend the bicycle; with that, you are at the Schüpfen station in just ten minutes. Your room is on the 1st floor and you have your own entrance to the room! The price is 625 Fr. Are you interested? We look forward to it!
