Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment in Kloten.
We are Max, a flight student at Swiss, and Kevin, 26, a flight attendant at Helvetic.
We come from Austria and Germany respectively.
The apartment is located on the first floor (there is no elevator, only a few steps need to be climbed), is 104 qm in size, features a large living room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one equipped with a bathtub, one with a shower) as well as a terrace with a view of the street.
Immediately in front of the apartment, approx. 100 meters away, is the station of bus line 731, which runs via Bahnhof Kloten, Innenstadt and OPC at half-hourly intervals directly to the airport.
Alternatively, Bahnhof Kloten can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes.
A Spar supermarket is also nearby. Aldi, Coop and Migros are also reachable within a few minutes' walk.

We are rather a quiet shared apartment; due to our different working hours (some starting late in the evening or early in the morning), we would prefer that no large parties are hosted. Nevertheless, we would not describe ourselves as a purely functional shared apartment.

As a new roommate, we would very much like someone who also works as flight crew, as this would provide a certain understanding for our job and the associated working hours and personal sleep rhythm.
We both value cleanliness in our shared apartment and respectful coexistence.

The monthly rent including internet is 756 CHF. The operating costs are billed separately once per quarter.
A deposit of 3 months' rent must be paid. Additionally, the landlord requires an extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsauszug) (corresponds to the German Schufa information or Austrian KSV extract).

The room is rented with the furniture. A deposit must be paid to the current tenant for the furniture.

The room can be moved into at the earliest at the beginning of November (possibly even earlier).
