From 1 January 2027, my attic studio in Bülach will become available for sublease.

I have used the studio myself for around five years and am now handing it over due to my move to Eastern Switzerland. Over the years, it has become a cozy and very practically furnished retreat and is particularly suitable for a weekly stay in the Zurich area.

The studio will be handed over fully furnished. Available are, among other things, a bed including mattress, a sofa bed, a workspace with office chairs, television, projector with screen, mobile air conditioning as well as refrigerator, freezer, microwave with baking function, multi-function cooking appliance, air fryer, kettle and other furniture, appliances and equipment.

The complete existing inventory will be taken over as a total package for CHF 1'500. This means an extensive basic equipment is already present and there is no great effort required to furnish the studio after the takeover.

The rent is CHF 780. per month, the deposit CHF 1'450..

The studio is particularly interesting for commuters and weekly residents. Registration as a secondary residence or weekly stay is possible; the primary residence remains located abroad.

Due to the location in Bülach, there is a good connection to the Zurich area and Zurich Airport. For people who are regularly active in the region for professional reasons and require their own retreat during the working week, the studio offers an uncomplicated solution.

The handover of the studio is currently planned between 14 and 18 December 2026.

For the review by the property management, the corresponding requirements must be met. These include a valid residence permit or a valid employment contract with which the required residence permit can be applied for or achieved, a current extract from the debt enforcement register without open enforcement proceedings, as well as a secured income.
