Room in a shared flat

From 01.12., a furnished room in a shared flat will become available in our spacious old building apartment directly near the St. Gallen station. The furnishing will be arranged by agreement. The apartment is located immediately near the OST - Ostschweizer Fachhochschule and is also very well located for the HSG as well as the city center.

The apartment is approx. 140 m2 in size and has five rooms. These include three bedrooms, a living room, a separate office room, a large kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC. Particularly beautiful are the spacious rooms, the high ceilings, the parquet floors, and the typical old building charm. The apartment is bright, quiet, and offers plenty of space.

About the room:
The room is very spacious and should be over 25 m2 in size. It can be taken over furnished or by arrangement. Some furniture will be taken, others can be taken over if there is interest. We can clarify the details easily in conversation.

In addition, the apartment includes a balcony as well as a roof terrace. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven, as well as its own washing machine. Additionally, another washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the basement. Cellar and attic are also available. A parking space would possibly be possible after consultation with the administration.

About the WG:
Julia, in her mid-20s and employed, continues to live in the apartment. I, Maxim, am moving out and therefore subletting the room. Living together is uncomplicated and relaxed. You are welcome to do something together or cook together, but at the same time, everyone has their own daily routine and private space.

Cleanliness is very important to us, which is why the apartment is basically kept tidy and well-maintained. It is a non-smoking household.

Who we are looking for:
We would prefer to find a woman approximately our age, but men are also welcome in principle. Above all, reliability, order, and an open, uncomplicated interaction with one another are important to us.

The rental period is initially planned from 01.12. to 31.01. By arrangement, there may be the possibility to extend the tenancy until the end of May.

The rent is CHF 900 including service charges. In principle, no other ongoing costs are incurred.
