As of 1 November 2026, we are renting a beautiful 4-room apartment in Thalbächli in Altstetten.

The apartment features the following amenities:

• rooms with parquet
• bright eat-in kitchen
• beautiful balcony
• shared laundry room in the UG (lower ground floor)

Minimum occupancy requirement: 2 persons!

A share of capital in the amount of Fr. 8'000.-- must be paid. Keeping dogs is not permitted. Joint and several liability or a guarantee is not possible.

After reviewing all applications, only a limited number of interested parties will be invited to view the apartment. Applications are only accepted via Flatfox.

In the direct neighborhood of large green spaces, meadows and forest, located in Dunkelhölzli (Zürich-Altstetten), is our large residential complex «Thalbächli» with its around 182 apartments and ten terraced single-family houses. The surroundings invite you to walk, play and explore. The GZ Loogarten and the Hallenbad Altstetten are located nearby.

In the surrounding area (bus approx. eleven minutes, on foot 20 minutes) there are various shopping facilities (Lindenplatz), grocery stores, pharmacy, banks, post office and restaurant etc.
The bus lines 35, 67 and 78 stop in the immediate vicinity. The Farbhof stop (tram line 2 and bus 31, 45) is reachable in approx. 15 minutes on foot.
