We are subletting our family apartment, fully furnished and equipped, for the months of February and March 2027.
Located Avenue des Bains, between Parc de Milan and the lakeside, on the 2nd floor with an elevator, the apartment benefits from beautiful brightness, a lake view, and a large furnished loggia.
The apartment includes:

• Approximately 111 m² of living space available, plus a 30 m² loggia with a lake view.
• A master bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm bed, dressing room, and bathroom.
• A children's bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm bunk beds.
• An office/guest room with two 90 × 200 cm sleeping spaces.
• A second bathroom with a shower.
• A large living area with living room, dining room, and open kitchen.
• A furnished balcony with a dining table, seating area, and gas barbecue.

Everything is provided for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, steam oven, coffee machine), washing machine in the apartment, common laundry room with dryer, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Disney+.
A person will perform 3 hours of cleaning every Friday morning, included in the rent.
The apartment is suitable both for a family and for a couple wishing to enjoy beautiful spaces and have an office for teleworking.
🐱 And there is Flo!
Flo, our cat, will remain in the apartment during our absence. Very sociable, affectionate, and used to children, he particularly enjoys company.
His equipment (kibble dispenser, water fountain, and self-cleaning litter box) is automated, which facilitates his care. We are therefore looking for people who love cats and will be happy to take care of him.
This is our primary residence, not an impersonal rental accommodation. The apartment will be prepared for your arrival, with storage spaces cleared. One room will remain closed for our personal belongings.
Conditions and availability

• Rent: CHF 4'000/month, all charges included (electricity, heating, water, Internet, and weekly cleaning).
• Availability: from 1st February to 31st March 2027, with the possibility of moving in from 23rd January.
• Priority to people wishing to rent for the entire period.
• Non-smoker indoors (allowed on the balcony).
• No parties or other animals.
• Long-term parking available in the immediate vicinity.
