Unfortunately, someone dropped out at short notice, which is why the room is back online. I (47, restaurant manager - in the shared flat for 13 years) am looking for a new flatmate for the room in the pictures, starting immediately or by arrangement. It is a 3-person shared flat. My other flatmate Dominik is moving out at the end of September. The apartment has a total of 112 qm, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, dryer and washing machine in the kitchen, as well as a living room. A roof terrace also belongs to the apartment. This is not a Zweck WG! Rent: 990 CHF per month (including electricity, water, etc.). Deposit: 1000.-. The room has 14 qm, can be taken furnished or unfurnished, and is for indefinite rental.
