6 ½ rooms single house

The large single-family house at Krähenweg 6 is looking for a new tenant as of 1 November or by arrangement. It is located 1.5 km outside of Neftenbach on the southern slope of the Irchel with views of the greenery and the mountains. Anyone looking for the peace of nature near the city and the airport is in the right place. The building includes a large garden with a patio, a large garage with space for a workshop and six cars. The house features a balcony, underfloor heating, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, tumble dryer and washing machine. Additionally, a soapstone stove is available in the living room and on the upper floor for cozy winter evenings.
