• Lease start: Effective immediately
• Rent: 790 CHF per month (excl. utilities)

And now about you and what you should fulfill:

• Are between 18 and 33 years old
• are either a student or already established in professional life
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you are coming from abroad, you have at least a residence permit B

About us:

• We, NextGen Properties 🎯, are a co-living provider and thus offer shared apartments and co-livings in a total of 7 Swiss cities. 🏘️
