Who we are

• Ludmilla: Works in childcare and is a prospective social pedagogue. As a sports-loving power woman, she is the heart of our shared flat. She loves harmony, enjoys advising us as a hobby fashion consultant, and is the absolute radiant woman of the apartment.
• Gibet: Our newcomer is a professional jazz musician and studies clarinet at Jazzcampus Basel. She brings plenty of rhythm, music, and fresh air into our home.
• Sebastian: Works at Bider & Tanner and studies psychology part-time. When he is not busy sinking into books, he does sports or dances salsa passionately.

The shared flat life

We are a small international shared flat that appreciates the balance between activity and quiet. With us, everyone has an independent life with a job, friends, and hobbies – so we are not constantly on top of each other. But we also have a real, harmonious "we".

Our coexistence is uncomplicated and heartfelt. There are no forced appointments with us, but rather plenty of room for community: shared dinners arise organically. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen having good conversations, drinking coffee, tea, and philosophizing about the world.

When we feel like going outdoors, we go to concerts, meet at the Rhine for barbecuing and swimming, or spontaneously do whatever we feel like doing.

Cleanliness and respectful interaction are, of course, a matter of course for us.

Who we are looking for
You fit with us if you do your own thing, but still want a real connection and uncomplicated togetherness. It is important to us that everyone can develop, but that you still know you are coming into a home where you are welcome, where you laugh together and are also allowed to cry sometimes.

The apartment & location

Our apartment is located in the middle of the Matthäusquartier with a view of the Matthäuskirche. The absolute highlight: In just 5 minutes you are at the Rhine. Coop, Migros, and Denner can also be reached in 5 minutes walking time, and tram line 8 departs directly in front of the front door.

• Move-in: From December 2026
• Rent: 550 CHF / month
• Deposit: 550 CHF (1 month's rent)
