Room in a shared flat

Hello, I am Conrad, 32, and have been living in Grüningen for 4 years and do not want to leave this beautiful place anymore. Grüningen is superbly connected to Wetzikon (10min bus), Uster (20min bus) and thus you only need 30min to Zürich HB.
Your room is perfect for a bed and wardrobe. For more space, there is a large living room with dining & cooking area, as well as a guest room/office. A really large laundry room as well as two bathrooms. One bathroom with shower (we share the shower, the WC is yours). The other bathroom borders directly on my room and unfortunately only has the bathtub.

I look forward to meeting you, come by, take a look at everything and let's chat a little bit.
