Room in a shared flat

I am renting a beautiful large room with a balcony (view of the city) in a newly formed 3-person shared flat in Spiegel b. Bern starting from 01.11.26.
Quiet residential area, with the bus in 10 min. at Bern station, shopping facilities in the locality.
The Spiegel is located on the outskirts of Bern, in a somewhat elevated position at the Gurten. In 5 min. in the local recreation area (forest, Gurten adventure offers).
The Aare for relaxing and swimming is reachable on foot in 15 min.
Non-smoking house, pets not allowed.
The house is in chalet style, the room has a wooden parquet floor, blackout curtains and built-in wardrobes.
Kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace are used communally. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pans, microwave, etc.
In the rent, the service charges and the parking space (optional) are not included.
Service charges: 200.- per month, included in this are heating costs, water, electricity, washing machine without additional costs, Wlan.
